Disclosure to third parties

When you submit the contact form, we state clearly that information may be shared with our local contacts in Brazil to the extent necessary to carry out the engagement, and we ask for your confirmation together with your agreement to this policy. Handling of personal information outside Japan

Given the nature of our business connecting Brazil and Japan, we may share information with our local contacts in Brazil to the extent necessary to respond to inquiries and carry out engagements. Such sharing is based on the consent you give when submitting the contact form, after this policy has been made available to you.

We limit what we share to the minimum necessary. In particular, at the initial research stage, we do not share your name, email address, or other identifying details as a rule; we share only the substance needed for the research, such as the products, regions, and conditions concerned. If an engagement progresses to coordination, negotiation, or preparation of transactions with local companies, we may share your company name, contact person, and contact details to the extent necessary. If a use or disclosure beyond the purposes and scope described in this policy becomes necessary, we will take appropriate steps, such as confirming with you again.

The recipients are contacts located in the Federative Republic of Brazil. Because recipients vary by engagement, we may not be able to identify the specific recipient at the time of your inquiry. Brazil has a general data protection law (the LGPD). We require recipients not to use the shared information for purposes other than the engagement and to manage it appropriately.

Separately, technical information such as IP addresses may be processed outside Japan by the technology services this website uses (such as Cloudflare Turnstile; see Section 06).

In all cases, we work to protect personal information appropriately in light of applicable laws.

Security measures

To prevent leakage, loss, damage, and unauthorized access to personal information, we implement reasonable administrative, personnel, physical, and technical safeguards. We limit who may handle personal information, provide training, and review measures as needed.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a verification technology provided by Cloudflare, to prevent spam and abuse and to keep this website secure.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of use and delete information that is no longer needed in an appropriate manner.

Access, correction, deletion, and other requests

If you or your representative request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, restriction of use, cessation of provision to third parties, or similar measures regarding your personal information, we respond promptly within a reasonable scope in accordance with applicable law. Please contact us using the information at the end of this policy.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics tools. Technical information may be processed in connection with Cloudflare Turnstile, which we use to protect the contact form from spam.

We may revise this policy in response to legal changes, changes to our services, or other circumstances. The revised policy takes effect when posted on this website. For material changes, we will provide appropriate notice on the site.
